3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed through Gumroad on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Credits purchased are non-refundable once a commission has been accepted.

4. Content Policy

All content on Waifu Overload is original artwork. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of any content is prohibited. Users may not share, redistribute, or sell commissioned artwork without written permission.

5. Commission Policy

Commission requests are subject to artist availability and discretion. We reserve the right to reject any request. Credits are only deducted upon acceptance. Completed commissions are for personal use only.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Gumroad. Please review Gumroad's privacy policy for payment data.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork on this platform is owned by Waifu Overload. Commissioned artwork is licensed for personal use by the commissioning user. Commercial use requires separate written agreement.

8. Disclaimer

This platform contains mature content intended for adults 18+. Content is clearly labeled. We are not responsible for any content accessed in violation of our age policy.
